My Collection - Release 1.4.2

Release 1.4.1 and 1.4.2 encompass bug fixes. Here are the changes:

1.4.1:
  1. Disable loan-out and delete buttons for un-saved new items.
  2. Removed all compiler warnings
1.4.2:
  1. Fixed incorrect type list for game. Movie type accidentally snuck in there.
